How Lynn & Wendy Met
The Universe brought them together when Wendy joined a Zoom mastermind group to which Lynn belonged. When Wendy introduced herself at her first meeting, Lynn immediately knew she had to find out more about Wendy’s compelling journey. Wendy agreed to an interview to help others understand the transgender experience.
After many hours of recorded conversations, the relationship developed into this unique collaboration for their podcast and Facebook group. Lynn and Wendy co-host a podcast and administer the Facebook group that encourages and facilitates conversations between cisgender and transgender individuals.

For her current project, Demystifying the Transgender Journey, Lynn is interviewing people who were born transgender, family members, friends, coworkers, healthcare professionals, and allies who support the community. These interviews are the source of podcast episodes and YouTube videos and will eventually be content for a book.
Wendy Cole is a transition mentor and coach specializing in assisting individuals as they navigate significant life changes. She draws upon her own experience of transitioning at the age of 67. Her professional mission is to humanize the experience of being born transgender and provide support to both those undergoing transition and their families.
In addition to coaching, Wendy offers consulting services for businesses and organizations on transgender-related issues and is available to speak on the topics. To date, she has shared her insights on approximately forty different podcasts.
